I have been dreaming for a place which brings both home and career into a single locale. Since I was working as a software engineer, I had a plan for buying a house that is nearer to my company. However finding such a place has been very difficult, whenever I get a deal from my local broker it is either high in price or the distance between home and work place is long.

So I decided to use Internet for finding some good carlsbad lofts that is located nearer to my office. While I was searching I found hundreds of websites and carlsbad ca commerical real estate companies that offers great place for both living and working. However, the price they are asking for such lofts are very high, which I can't afford at this time. Some of the residences that are listed in websites aren't just good for the living environment. They have no re-sale value and are built in a professional manner which is not suitable to me.

After few days of searching I finally found a place that suits my needs. This place has over 78 residential homes including 15 two-story townhomes. So, within a week I will be shifting to my new resident.
